Studio 226 takes its name from Le Corbusier’s Modulor - a proportional system that connects the human body to architecture through harmony and scale. 

In this system, 226 centimeters represents the height of a person with an arm raised, a gesture that extends the human body into space. It is both a precise measurement and a timeless symbol of aspiration, proportion, and balance.

Under the creative direction of Designer and Artist Omer Polak and Interior Designer Cäcilia Verweyen-Polak, our work merges artistic vision with architectural clarity, bringing together design, materiality, and storytelling.
